How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders equal to or over €99.00 only for Italy e Europe.
For orders below €99.00, the shipping costs are as follows: €7.00 within Italy, €9.90 within Europe.
For USA the shipping cost is €24.90.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to and accept returns from the following countries:
- European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
- United States: We also ship to and accept returns from the U.S.
Excluded areas: Duty-free zones (such as Livigno, Campione d’Italia, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, the Canary Islands, Vatican City, etc.) and any countries not listed above.
Shipping to P.O. boxes, post offices, hotels, or similar organizations is restricted, unless the recipient is employed at the location.
Orders with these types of addresses will be automatically cancelled.

How can I know if an item will be back in stock?
To know if an item will be back in stock, simply click on the bell icon on the product page. 🔔
You will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock!
What’s the warranty on my items?
We guarantee the quality of our service by subjecting our products to a high standard of quality control. We ensure that our products comply with Italian and European Union (EU) standards where applicable.
The warranty covers all products on the market for two years. No warranty is waived based on the regulations of a country outside the EU if you reside outside the EU.
If you have encountered defects on products purchased online within the last 2 years, please contact us by providing the order code and attaching images of the defect.
